Shipping policy
Pre-Orders
As a fellow teacher and small business owner, I know how important it is to get organised for the upcoming school year. That’s why we offer our limited-edition planners for pre-order each June/July, ensuring you can secure yours before they sell out.
- What is a Pre-Order? Pre-ordering means reserving a planner that is currently being produced. By pre-ordering, you're guaranteeing that your planner will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
- Delivery Expectations. We anticipate our planners will arrive in November and will start shipping them right away. Our goal is to get them to you by late November or early December, just in time to plan for 2025 before Term 4 ends.
- Staying in Touch. We promise to keep you updated via email with any changes to delivery dates. Once your planner is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
- Understanding Delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be unexpected delays due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing or shipping issues. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.
If you have purchased a Pre-Order item(s), you are acknowledging and accepting these conditions and potential delays to delivery.
How long will it take to process my order once I've ordered it?
While we make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding pre-orders). You will receive a notification via email when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We charge flat rates for shipping because it shouldn't cost you more based on where you liv.! We charge $10 for standard delivery and $15 for express.
All orders are dispatched on weekdays through Australia Post and shipping times depend on your location.
Standard shipping:
For orders that are placed in South Australia, expect your delivery 2-4 business days* after your order is processed. For our friends in other states, expect your delivery 3-6 business days* after your order is processed.
Express shipping:
For orders that are placed in South Australia, expect your delivery 1-2+ business days* after your order is processed. For our friends in other states, expect your delivery 1-3+ business days* after your order is processed.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't fret! Just shoot us a message at support@baseplanners.com.au with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
At Base Planners by Aimee, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your planner, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided it's unused and in resalable condition. Please note that for change-of-mind returns, the initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for return delivery costs.
If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a clear photo of the fault. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label for a full refund or exchange.
