Satisfaction Guarantee

At Base Planners by Aimee, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products, offering you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your planner, we've got you covered. As long as your product is unused and in resalable condition, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. 


How to Return Your Order

Email us at support@baseplanners.com.au and make sure you include your order number to speed up the process. We’ll give you instructions on how to complete your return, including the delivery address. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll refund you by the same method as your original payment method. If the returns criteria are not fully met, we may refuse the return (and send it back to you at no extra cost). 


Delivery Fee
For change-of-mind returns, the initial delivery fee is non-refundable and you'll be responsible for covering the cost of return delivery.


Buy Now Pay Later

If the purchase was made through a buy now pay later facility, the refunded money will be returned to the account in which the items were purchased, and the balance will then be adjusted accordingly. For more information, visit Afterpay – www.afterpay.com 


Faulty Product

While we do our best to check all items before they’re shipped, we understand that sometimes products may have manufacturing defects or arrive damaged. In such cases, we're here to make it right for you. If you receive a faulty product, please email our team at support@baseplanners.com.au within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to include your order number along with a clear photo of the fault. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label, and upon receipt of the item, we'll process a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.
