Will the term tab dividers align with my school's term dates?

Aaaaabsolutely! One of our priorities when designing this planner was that it needed to be flexible to suit the needs of teachers all around Australia. The term tab pages are moveable within the planner which means you can reinsert them wherever needed to suit your school's term dates. How good!

How do the moveable term tab dividers work?

The term tab pages are reinforced and sliced along the binding which means the entire pages can be removed and relocated within the planner. The reinforcing along the binding prevents the pages from ripping when you remove them, and you can push them back into the binding at any point throughout the planner. These pages are also thicker in weight to make them more durable.

Are your planners suitable for all year levels and subjects?

They sure are! Our planners were crafted with the needs of high school teachers in mind, but their versatile design makes them equally suitable for primary school or early childhood educators. Whether you're guiding students through complex subjects in high school or laying the foundation for lifelong learning in early childhood, our planners provide the organisational tools and flexibility to support your unique teaching journey at any year level.

Do your planners have weekends?

In order to streamline your planning experience, our planners do not include dedicated weekends, however, we understand that some of you may still want to jot down weekend plans or notes. That's why we've included a blank space underneath the to-do list section in our weekly spread, allowing for flexibility and customisation to suit your individual needs. This space provides the perfect opportunity to add any additional notes, reminders, or weekend plans as desired.

Are your planners sustainable?

Our planners are made with FSC -certified paper which ensures it's from responsibly managed forests that meet strict environmental, social, and economic standards. If you wish to recycle your planner, simply remove the term tabs, the plastic sleeve and the coil, and pop it in your recycling bin.

Also, our teacher planners are manufactured by a supplier that's certified under ISO 14001, an international standard for environmental management. This certification ensures our production processes are sustainable, minimise waste, use resources efficiently, and continuously improve their environmental impact. By choosing our planners, you support environmentally responsible manufacturing.

Where are your products made?

Our products are proudly designed right here in Melbourne, however, to bring our vision to life, our products are manufactured in China. Despite our efforts to manufacture locally, our unique planner features necessitated production overseas. We partner with an ISO-certified supplier that upholds rigorous quality standards and uses FSC-certified materials for sustainability. We conduct quality checks from our headquarters in Australia. Plus, we stay closely involved in the manufacturing process to guarantee that every planner lives up to our high standards.

Ordering & Returns

Do you do returns?

At Base Planners by Aimee, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the super unlikely event that you're not completely happy with your planner, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided it's unused and in resalable condition.

What does pre-order mean?

When a product is labeled as a pre-order, it indicates that it will be shipped at a later date. We offer pre-orders earlier in the year as an opportunity for our customers to secure their purchase ahead of time. The estimated dispatch date for pre-order items is stated on our website. If your order contains any pre-ordered items, we will ship the entire order once all items are in stock. Currently, our Base Planners are available for pre-order, with an expected stock arrival in late November/early December. In the event of any significant delays, we will keep you informed via email using the address provided during the purchase. This not only ensures that you get exactly what you want but also helps us plan our stock accordingly.

When will my 2025 planner arrive?

Our planners arrived in our warehouse on October 10 so they're all set to go. We'll process and ship them out to you as soon as we can, and will send you a confirmation email with tracking number once it's on its way to you.

Do you offer a bulk discount for school leaders who want to purchase a planner for their staff?

We sure do, you wonderful leader, you! Please contact us at support@baseplanners.com.au to discuss discounted rates and bulk delivery options.

Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We charge flat rates for shipping, because it shouldn't cost you more based on where you live! We charge $10 for standard delivery, and $15 for express.

Do you offer in-store pick-up?

Not at this stage. Fret not though; our team are committed to processing and shipping orders as fast as we can!

How long will shipping take?

All orders are dispatched on weekdays through Australia Post and shipping times depend on your location.

Standard shipping: For orders that are placed in South Australia, expect your delivery 2-4 business days* after your order is processed. For our friends in other states, expect your delivery 3-6 business days* after your order is processed.

Express shipping: For orders that are placed in South Australia, expect your delivery 1-2+ business days* after your order is processed. For our friends in other states, expect your delivery 1-3+ business days* after your order is processed.

How long will it take to process my order for delivery? 

While we make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. You will receive a notification via email when your order has shipped.
