Choose how you pay

  • Pay online with a code - the speedy option

    This year, we've made it even easier to purchase a group order.

    Step 1: Collect your group’s orders

    Complete the Group Order Form with the total number of planners required.

    • Optional: Use our Order Collection Sheet (printable) or Order Collection Spreadsheet (digital) to keep track of individual orders before submitting your final quantities.
    • Handy tip: Keep a copy of your completed order details so you can check your delivery when it arrives.

    Step 2: Place your order online

    Add the required number of planners to your cart.

    At checkout, enter your group discount code (see codes above) to apply your discount.

    Step 3: Complete your order

    Pay online using your preferred payment method and your planners will be shipped together to your nominated delivery address.

    Step 4: Receive order confirmation and shipping updates

    Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation with all of your order details.

    Step 2: Complete the group order form

    Complete the order form with your group’s details and email it to: support@baseplanners.com.au

    Step 3: Receive your invoice

    We’ll process your discounted group order and send through an invoice for payment.

    Step 4: Complete payment*

    We accept payment via:

    • Credit card
    • EFT
    • School purchase order

    *Please note: Invoices must be paid in full before orders are dispatched.

    Step 5: Receive order confirmation and shipping updates

    Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation with all of your order details.
