The Notes Page Refill Pack is perfect for teachers who love to jot, brainstorm or plan on the go. Whether you're mapping out ideas, writing lists or reflecting on your week, these pages give you the extra space to make your planner work even harder for you.
Each pack includes 20 pages (10 double-sided sheets) printed on thick 160GSM paper. These pages are stronger than our standard ones (140GSM) and are designed to prevent ink from bleeding through.
Just like our moveable term tabs, each page is laminated and pre-sliced along the edge so you can press them directly into the coil of your Base Planner. They sit flat, turn smoothly and function just like a regular page.
Add them to the front of your planner, tuck them into a specific term or week, or save them for the back with your professional learning notes. However you plan, these pages will fit around your workflow and help you stay organised in 2026.

pre-order info
When a product is labeled as a pre-order, it indicates that it will be shipped at a later date.
We offer pre-orders earlier in the year as an opportunity for our customers to secure their purchase ahead of time. Pre-ordering not only ensures that you get exactly what you want but also helps us plan our stock accordingly.
The estimated dispatch date for pre-order items is stated on our website. If your order contains any pre-ordered items, we will ship the entire order once all items are in stock.
Currently, our Base Planners are available for pre-order, with an expected stock arrival in late November/early December.
In the event of any significant delays, we will keep you informed via email using the address provided during the purchase.

How to insert the pages into your planner

Insert pages into the planner one-by-one.

STEP 2
Insert the page into your planner by gently pushing it into the binding. You can do this one-by-one or push them all in quickly by running the back of your thumbnail along the binding.

Not happy with where you put the page? No worries! Remove the entire page from the planner by pulling it gently from the binding.

How do the refill pages work?
The pages in our refill and assessment record packs are reinforced and sliced along the binding which means the pages can be removed and relocated within the planner.
The reinforcing along the binding prevents the pages from ripping when you remove them, and you can push them back into the binding at any point throughout the planner.

Our products are proudly designed right here in Melbourne, however, to bring our vision to life, our products are manufactured in China. Despite our efforts to manufacture locally, our unique moveable page design necessitated production overseas.
